Once a year the whole company sits at one table. Bauwerk gives that evening its setting: industrial architecture by candlelight, a kitchen in the building, and a hall that turns from reception to dinner to dance floor — without anyone having to change rooms.
For 50 to 400 guests
A single department or the entire workforce: the hall adjusts to the size of the group. Smaller parties get a separate area with their own bar, larger ones the full length of the room.
Kitchen on site
A roast at the laid table, a flying buffet or stations spread across the hall. The cooking happens next door, not in a production kitchen on the edge of town — you taste the difference at 200 plates.
From dinner into the party
Once the plates are cleared, the boxes move out: bar, lounge, photo corner. The dance floor appears exactly where people were eating — no room change, no break for rebuilding.
Dates in December
The weeks between late November and Christmas fill up quickly. Ask early and you still have a choice — including the weekday, which is usually the hardest part of the internal planning.
How an evening
here unfolds
A Christmas party lives on the fact that it develops: first everyone stands around politely, then everyone sits down, and at some point you meet colleagues you have only e-mailed all year. Bauwerk follows exactly that arc — every stage gets its own space, even though it stays the same room.
Arrival
Mulled wine on the Magistrale, patio heaters on, fairy lights along the brick walls. Those who want to can stay outside for a moment before going in — which takes the stiffness out of any reception.
Dinner
Long tables or round ones, candles at every setting, the LED wall showing a quiet winter scene. Time for the speech from the management, for the awards — and for the conversation with the person next to you.
The rest of the night
A bar in one box, a lounge in the next, a DJ in front of the stage. Anyone who wants to talk finds a quiet corner. Anyone who wants to dance does not have to wait for something to be rebuilt.
And for everyone leaving early: the tram towards the city centre is within walking distance, taxis find their way to the door without trouble, and there is parking on site. Nobody has to plan the way home before the evening has started.
