A summer party rarely fails because of the weather and almost always because there is only one plan. At Bauwerk you have both: the Magistrale between the old factory halls for sunshine and mild evenings — and right next to it a hall for 400 guests, in case it turns out differently.

Weather does not decide

Inside and outside sit next to each other on the same level. No decision the day before, no marquee booked as insurance, and no phone call to 200 guests when the rain arrives.

Grill and stations

A grill station outside, a flying buffet inside, an ice cream cart or cocktail bar in between. Kitchen and delivery are in the same building, which is why both work at the same time.

Room for a programme

Table football, a stage, a photo booth, something for the children: the open area takes whatever you bring without feeling crowded. And the hall stays available for everything that needs shade.

Long evenings

When the sun has gone, the fairy lights and patio heaters come on. The evening ends when you want it to — not when it gets cool or the marquee has to go back.

Summer parties have a different rhythm from evening events: they start earlier, guests arrive one after another, some bring their family, others only have an hour. The site carries that flow without anyone having to enforce a schedule.

Reception on the Magistrale, parasols, cold drinks. Anyone coming with children has space; anyone dropping in briefly finds company straight away, because nobody is tied to a seat.

Grill outside, buffet inside, the speech somewhere in between. The hall stays open — people move back and forth instead of choosing once and missing the rest.

Fairy lights on, patio heaters on, a bar in one of the boxes. Music inside, seating outside. Both at once, both allowed — and both well into the night.
