Bauwerk covers the whole range in one building.
From 50 to 1,000 people
400 guests on one level, and up to 1,000 with the Machwerkhalle and the Lichthalle added. Smaller groups get a separate area instead of getting lost in a hall that is too big.
One place, several formats
A talk in the morning, workshops in the afternoon, dinner in the evening, a party afterwards — the six boxes and the open floor turn that into one continuous day instead of four room changes.
Kitchen and technology on site
The cooking happens next door and the 5.5 × 3 metre LED wall is permanently installed. Two fewer trades to coordinate, deliver and invoice.
Easy to reach
Ten minutes to Koelnmesse, short distances to the city centre and the main station, parking on site. Workable even for colleagues travelling in from other locations.

What makes a corporate
event different here
Most corporate events do not fail because of the budget but because of the logistics: three suppliers, two rooms, and a schedule that does not add up. Bauwerk is built to avoid exactly that.

The room follows the programme
While someone is still speaking at the front, the buffet is being built at the back. The boxes move out when they are needed and disappear when they are not.
